CONSULTING COMMITTEE

The Sustainability Consulting Committee participate in case-solving & consulting workshops organized with the help and expertise of RSM’s Case Club, as well as experienced consultants from Deloitte, KPMG, etc. Members are introduced to the fundamentals of sustainable business strategy, as well as the skills and approaches required for case solving & consulting.

Responsibilities include;

• Attending practical workshops to receive training in case-solving & sustainable business strategy

• Solving and presenting carefully selected sustainable business cases

• Proactively coming up with ideas to further enhance the committee, e.g. setting up consulting services for real-life clients

• Providing strategic recommendations to social impact ventures based in Rotterdam
